how it works

this uses LSB (least significant bit) steganography. each audio sample is a number representing the sound wave at that moment. we modify the last bit of each sample, which is imperceptible to human hearing.

to hide a message:

convert the message to binary (1s and 0s)
for each bit, modify the last bit of an audio sample
the change is so small humans cant hear it

to extract:

read the last bit of each audio sample
convert the bits back to text

important: dont convert the wav to mp3 or other compressed format. compression will destroy the hidden data. store in google drive, dropbox, or usb. sending via whatsapp, telegram, or email will compress and destroy it.
